1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using CrdBrd (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Service.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
Portfolio data, notes, and other content you submit to the Service remain your property. You grant CrdBrd a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process this content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
5. Pricing Data & Third-Party Sources
Card prices, population reports, and related market data are aggregated from third-party sources (including TCGPlayer, Cardmarket, PSA, and others). CrdBrd makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data and is not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. The CrdBrd Price Index is a computed estimate, not a guarantee of market value.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service in bulk; (b) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts; (d) interfere with the Service’s operation.
7. Subscription & Fees
Premium tiers (currently Holo, Vault) are billed via the payment processor displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrdBrd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
